For over 10 years, I’ve been working with winemakers and spirits producers to design exceptional products.
With a dual expertise in oenology and cellar management, I have worked on a variety of projects: cognac blends, creation of vins de bouche, and modernization of traditional ranges.
Each stage of my career has enabled me to better understand the needs of professionals and to refine my methods, always with the same objective: to offer tailor-made solutions.
Today, I accompany producers in France and abroad, from cellar creation to optimization of aging and blending, and much more besides.
