Bonhomie is a project that led us to concentrate our know-how in each bottle.
The initiative to create this gin was born of a shared passion for spirits and a desire to create an authentic product that respects nature.
Creation and distillation process
To create a perfectly balanced gin, we carefully selected the botanicals and chose the ideal combination. After a 24-hour maceration focusing on juniper berries and citrus, we used a hybrid still to distill the gin. Rosebuds, Timut berries and verbena are the 3 main botanicals hanging in the gin basket.
