About me
Consulting oenologist with over 10 years' experience in the spirits industry.
As the son and grandson of winegrowers, I developed expertise in chemistry and oenology, before becoming one of the youngest cellar masters in the Cognac region. Today, I support producers in France and abroad, from cellar creation to optimization of aging and blending, and much more.
