Competition from Cognac&#8217;s big brother is fierce, both nationally and internationally, so how can we stand out from the crowd?<\/p>\n<h2>My approach and solutions<\/h2>\n<p>I began with an in-depth analysis of the specific needs and challenges faced by the Ch\u00e2teau Haut-Grelot team.<\/p>\n<p>We organized an initial contact, followed by tastings of the batches of eau-de-vie stored at the Marcillac distillery to assess their potential.
